I can't sleep.
I'm thinking of watching 'A Walk to Remember' again, after coming across some of the scenes on youtube. This movie never fails to remind me of Death. I mean, everyone will eventually be buried six feet under one day. Question is, what could possibly be the cause of it and how soon are we in reaching that particular ''light''.
Sometimes, the process of age-ing itself is pretty scary. Imagine, you will never have those porcelain , flawless and elastic skin which you can pinch and pull knowing that it will never go out of place. I am certainly not that lucky, flawless were never in my dictionary. One thing for sure, since I am quite tan..I have a lower risk in getting skin cancer. Yay! Really..Sometimes, I don't feel like smiling nor laughing too hard, afraid that I will get crow feet at the edge of my eyes. Wrinkles, pigmentation and obvious veins can be seen on the surface of your skin. Your hair starts falling, getting lesser by the day.. even your teeth! Shaun's Dad was right you know, in a matter of yearsS... all of us will be sleeping upwards in order to prevent gravity from pulling our flabby cheeks downwards, dangling and hanging in mid air. I am certainly not being paranoid here, but pretty soon I will be entering adulthood and it just occur to me how rapidly fast I have grown. And before you know it, I will be a "successful" business woman, a loving wife and a caring mother ( I Hope lahhh) . Wishful thinking..ha ha ha. *Ok, Stop mocking me*
Of course that is not the only thing that I have in mind whenever i watch the movie. I somewhat felt like cherishing the people beside me MORE. It is of course like a spur of a moment thingy, then i'll return to my original self. Boring , lame , not a risk taker and just simply all dull.
Appreciate...Appreciate....Appreciate
Musn't forget.
